This Head of Community & Experiences role is our bridge between what we're doing at Paleo Robbie and the wider communities where we are trusted - food, health & wellness, media, schools, and more.

You'll be in charge of creating special experiences - from private chef's table dinners, to co-branded events with partners, to unique ways to participate at larger events and festivals.

You'll maintain great relationships with partners and potential partners, finding win-win opportunities and then working to bring them to life.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good community relationships with F&B partners, media & influencer partners, gyms & fitness studios, international schools, and other complimentary brands & venues to create win-win event and collab opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate our internal events: Plan regular chef's table dinners & other events (e.g. cooking workshops) at our studio kitchen in Soi Pridi Banomyong.
• Plan and coordinate external events & partnerships: It might be a co-hosted event with a partner brand, an activation with our food truck, a content or storytelling collab, or a unique way to participate in larger events and festivals.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong experience with partnerships, events, or brand management in F&B or health & wellness, with a good existing network.
• Energized by organizing and executing creative, memorable events & maintaining meaningful long-term partnerships.
• Passionate about a healthy lifestyle & great quality food - and excited to create unique experiences with some of the best people & brands in the space.
• Great communicator who can build and maintain relationships across a variety of communities, faithful to our core long-term partnership values.
• Works well independently or with teams as needed. Self starter.

Location & hours:

• Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, however, there is some flexibility with this role to accommodate outside meetings & event management during evenings and weekends.
• Our office is located in Soi Pridi Banomyong 42 (nearest BTS Phra Kanong plus free parking).
